Mr Steinwachs has 30 years of professional experience in the implementation of restructuring and insolvency proceedings. Initially as a bank lawyer working in risk management for BHF Bank, ING Bank Deutschland AG and the law firm HERMANN Rechtsanwälte Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater, in particular in the major cases Philipp Holzmann AG, Babcock Borsig and Walter Bau.

In addition, Mr Steinwachs advises financial institutions and credit insurances during the issue and taking out of bonds, on the national and international level.

Mr Steinwachs is a lecturer for private commercial law at the Hochschule für Oekonomie und Management –FOM-, Frankfurt am Main and for restructuring and insolvency management at the ISM- International School of Management, Frankfurt am Main

Mr Steinwachs is a certified expert for restructuring and reorganisation.

Mr Steinwachs publishes on guarantee management, for instance in the Bankenkommentar zum Insolvenzrecht (bank commentary on insolvency law, 4nd edition 2020) as well as in the Rechtssicheres Avalgeschäft (4rd edition 2020).

Robin Steinwachs LL.M.

Robin Steinwachs studied business law in Frankfurt and Hamburg, specialising in the areas of guarantee law and insolvency law. He has also obtained a double qualification as an insurance broker (in accordance with § 34d GewO). This additional qualification enables him to provide clients with comprehensive advice on insurance law matters and to develop customised solutions.

In his free time, Robin Steinwachs devotes himself to sporting activities, such as water sports with a CW (Coastal waters) licence.

Faisal Siddiqui

Faisal Siddiqui completed his training as an office management assistant in Frankfurt. Mr Siddiqui gained knowledge in the field of law through his professional stations, including work at the Frankfurt public prosecutor’s office and the federal police. In addition to his work as an assistant to the management, Mr Siddiqui is also responsible for arranging bail bonds.

In his free time, Mr Siddiqui mainly devotes himself to his family.
